Each promotion has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry will be automatically cancelled and cannot be recovered.

All betting activity on 77ff is governed by the rules below. Bet in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and enjoy the thrill of winning.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 77ff itself initiates the cancellation.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, 77ff will make the final decision regarding the relevant bet.
• Bets placed with odds affected by a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• 77ff is not liable for disconnections during live betting.
• Maximum bet amounts are set individually for each event.
• Multiple bets may be placed simultaneously, provided there is sufficient balance in the account.

Settlements will be made after the official results of the betting outcome are published. In case of any dispute, data from an internationally recognized sports data provider will be used.

Placing bets on opposing sides of the same match simultaneously ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited under 77ff's rules. Any such bets detected will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ff platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

1. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
2. Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any other unauthorized technology.
3. Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing, or any form of cyberattack.
4. Using 77ff for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
5. Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports manipulation of any kind.
6. Stealing or using another member's account credentials.
7. Misconduct or threats directed at 77ff staff.

If a user is found involved in any of the above activities, 77ff may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice and reserves the right to forfeit all balances.

77ff reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (24 months).
• At the user's own request.

You may request to close your account at any time. To recover your balance, please contact support. All valid balances will be refunded; however, any bonus funds will be forfeited.
